Project:

The loan data set is used for various analyses in this online training workshop, which includes:

Receiver Operating Characteristics curve

Source of Data:

Hypothetical Data created by Computer simulation.

Description of Data:

The data consists of 100 cases  of  hypothetical data  to demonstrate  approval of loans by a bank.
Variables in the data set are:

Age: Age of the applicant

bullet

Education: The education level of the applicant

bullet

Year_emp: number of years with current employer

bullet

Income: Household income

bullet

Debt_income: Debt to income ratio

bullet

Cred_debt: Credit card debts

bullet

Other_debt: Other types of debts

bullet

Loan :

Loan = 1: Bank approved loan

bullet

Loan = 0: Bank did not approve loan

bullet

Logistic: Logistic predicted probability

bullet

PGR_1: Predicted group

bullet

Dis_1: Predicted group for Analysis 1

bullet

Dis1_1: Probability of classifying into Loan = 0

bullet

Discrim: Discriminant predicted probability
